Great service I brought my Dodge Caravan in for service because the AC fan was getting noisy. The service manager (Patrick Jeffers) listened to my explanation and o I brought my Dodge Caravan in for service because the AC fan was getting noisy. The service manager (Patrick Jeffers) listened to my explanation and offered some possible reasons for the noise. He turned out to be right on, the noise was caused by debris that had gotten into the fan compartment. The technician cleaned out the debris and installed a new cabin filter and the noise was gone and the AC fan is running perfectly. More

Happy with my purchase I first went in and was assigned to a car salesman named Tony, talk about sexual harassment. I was in with my two little ones and he was very helpful, he was practically babysitting my kids when I was taking care of the financial stuff and test driving the car. Everyone in the building was very attentive, especially with my little ones. I got a fantastic used car in tip top shape for under 10k before taxes and fees. More

Constant calls were made to get the issue fixed, had to contact Jeep Corporate to get a claim number so they would replace the part under warranty because I was told I’d have to pay, even though I hadn’t even had the car 48 hours. Never was offered for a rental, I had to ask for one. Then was told I’d have to pay for that as well, even though I explained it was warranty & an inconvenience. When I went to drop the rental off, I was contacted being told I didn’t fill the gas gauge to the exact place & that I would be charged. Overall, I love the car, but had wished my first “brand new car purchase” went a little smoother & not so stressful. They seemed so quick to charge me for every little thing while knowing I just financed nearly 23k on a new renegade. More
