Customer Service Audi of Marietta could learn something about customer service. First of all, when I arrived I was greeted by no one. I had to go inside the building Audi of Marietta could learn something about customer service. First of all, when I arrived I was greeted by no one. I had to go inside the building and ask for a Sales Associate. It wasn't until after they found out I was a viable buyer that people started to get real nice. Once I bought the car, I received a call the next business day requesting that I take the car to get an emissions test because they hadn't done that before putting the car on the market. Big inconvenience to have to leave work to take car of this. It was however an urgent matter because without that, they couldn't tie the temporary tags to the vehicle...not the best service. I don't believe this was a reflection on my sales associate, but the organization needs to put greater emphasis on excellent service. Ed and Tony were great to work with, but the general feeling is that this dealership doesn't put a strong emphasis on customer service. More
