After researching online we recently purchased a 2013 Pathfinder SL AWD. We were going back and forth between a Toyota Highlander and the Pathfinder. We test drove both and ultimately chose the Pathfind Pathfinder SL AWD. We were going back and forth between a Toyota Highlander and the Pathfinder. We test drove both and ultimately chose the Pathfinder. It just felt like a more solid and smoother ride (plus larger)not to mention their mpg was very attractive for an SUV. We just completed a 200 mile trip (hwy)and achieved 24.9 mpg. We chose Cowles for their professionism and willingness to match the deal we got, as well as, offer a fair price for our trade-in. We worked directly with Tony for the most part and closed the deal over a weekend with David. More

Let me start out by saying, these people really do aim to please. The best car buying experience ever. My first car buying experience was in FL and I bought a used car. This visit I bought a new car. And it was more fun and exciting just waiting to sign those papers. Way to go people!!! You guys really did an AWESOME job. Sopele found us the most incentives and Tony was right there with him working on a deal to get us in to our brand new car. I will definitely come back again and again. It's been almost a year now and I am smooth sailing in my 2012 Rogue. Also, been in for scheduled maintanence, let me say, the Service Department, ROCKS!!!!! They're always quick and eager to help. Overall the experience was awesome. From walking onto the lot to driving out the door the whole staff was experienced and friendly making the decision to own another Nissan an easy one. Our sales man Charles Mallard was very friendly and helpful. The deal would not have been made if it weren't for Tony Johnson and his ability to meet our needs. Also, I would be remiss not to mention the finance guy Denise Card. He was knowledgeable and straight forward, one of the best in the business. The whole team overall was the most honest/ quickest group of car salesman I've ever met. Thanks guys and we will be coming back to upgrade in the future. More

I highly recommend this dealership. The folks there, Charles - my salesman, Tony - his sales manager and Matt - the finance guy, are very helpful, patient and easy to deal with. I had not bought a car in 16 years and had no idea what I wanted. I just happen to rent a Nissan vehicle for the weekend, and liked it and thought I should check out Nissans. Although, I explained all this to my salesman who met me as I drove into the parking lot on a snowy day, Charles was still eager to show me the Pathfinder I wanted to see and test drive. We test drove that vehicle but I thought it was a little too big for my purposes. Tony, the sales manager, then suggested the Murano. Two days later, on short notice, I came back to test drive that vehicle and a few days later I drove my 2012 Nissan Murano AWD Platinum home. Although, they did not have the vehicle I wanted in their inventory, Cowles found it for me and still gave me a very good price. Matt found me an unbeatable interest rate. What I really appreciated was the fact that everyone allowed me the time to decide at my own pace. No aggressive sales tactics and no “you must buy today or the deal or car goes away.” Also, Charles did an excellent job delivering the vehicle and showing me all the features. We had an initial agreement on a car that fell through because it was assumed (by both of us) the vehicle was an AWD. Saleman (Hadi) and floor managers (Scott & Tony) were extremely apologetic for the mi because it was assumed (by both of us) the vehicle was an AWD. Saleman (Hadi) and floor managers (Scott & Tony) were extremely apologetic for the misunderstanding and stated they'd do what they could to correct the issue. Worked with Tony over the next couple days to find a 2011 Murano that was identical to the one we liked except this one was AWD. They agreed to honor the price we discussed which ended up being 25%+ below MSRP. They found us a great interest rate and lowered the extended warranty cost by 33%+. Extremely happy with the purchase and would highly recommend the dealership to others looking to purchase a Nissan. More
