I purchased a new car from here and had the best experience working with the car salesman Westin and the rest of the staff. I had called ahead to look at a car and Westin had it ready to show me as experience working with the car salesman Westin and the rest of the staff. I had called ahead to look at a car and Westin had it ready to show me as soon as I arrived at the dealership. Westin took the time to explain the vehicle and was able to answer any questions I had and even after I bought the car, he made sure that I was all set up and didn’t have any other questions. Truly went above and beyond and the staff was welcoming and great to work with. Overall, this has been the best car dealership I’ve worked with and I will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family. More

I don’t normally leave reviews however when someone does a great job it should be noted! Juan Lopez was a great salesman to work with. He did not pressure the sale but was super helpful. Anthony, Brandi, Tony, and Matt, were all awesome to work with. Anthony was very easy going and waited for us as we drove 4 hours to get our new Danali truck. Very smooth transaction. Best truck purchase experience ever! Scott, Tony, and Chris did a great work! Scott set up everything, at the price about 12k lower than Al Piemonte in Bensenville ( DONT GO TO AL PIEMONTE ON GRAND IN BENSENVILLE PEOPLE! THEY WERE RUDE AND DO NOT RESPECT YOUR TIME!). Tony did a great work with getting me an approval for financing by GM, even if it was my third vehicle, and even if other financial institutions didn’t want to finance my new truck. Chris did a great work as well, he showed me around new truck, was very friendly, well informed, and very professional. The entire visit at the dealership took only about one hour( with the test drive), because the guys prepared everything before my arrival. To be honest I never liked to buy a new car, it’s time consuming and you always feel like you been robbed in the day light by rude guy who only want he’s commission, but those guys changed my mind. Definitely recommend buying all GM vehicles from them, and it will be my first choice for buying new vehicles in the future, even if they are located 1,5 hour of drive from me. They really just selling you an experience of being treated how you would like to. Huge thank you to your team Gjovik! More

We signed many documents, which they tell you, you will get copies of later. Be careful we did not. i.e., their Dealer statement that you have XX days to return the car. MAKE SCREEN SHOTS FOR YOUR OWN RECORDS BEFORE YOU LET THEM WALK AWAY WITH ANYTHING!!!!!!!!!!! They won’t give them to us regardless of how many times we have asked. Our calls are NOT being returned. If you are looking at a vehicle online, MAKE A COPY/PRINT OUT OF IT BEFORE YOU GO! The posted miles in our case seemed to have changed from when we left house vs when we agreed to buy the car (i.e. 44K vs 48K). Their contention is that they changed it the night before and that it takes some time to update however the slight price reduction already did show up. We purchased the car on Sat-9/17 and told them that we wanted to return the car on Mon-9/19. Their response is that the deal was complete on Sat. They stated that we could come in with the car and they could work out a trade in price but there was no option to return the car. Likewise, although we have excellent credit, we were given a ‘higher’ finance rate 7.59% through GMC Finance. You can likely do better almost anywhere else i.e., 4.34%. We are trying to switch out the finance company, but GMC stated as of 9/20 they do not have the transaction on their books. We waited almost all day to get to speak to the only Finance rep they had on site. That should have been our 1st clue to hit the road. If you are in a similar situation RUN DO NOT WALK! More

The service department performed very poorly. The told me that my truck would be ready at 12 noon and when I showed up at 3pm to pick it up it was still being worked on. the service scheduler tol The told me that my truck would be ready at 12 noon and when I showed up at 3pm to pick it up it was still being worked on. the service scheduler told me that it was the mechanic's fault and did not know why they did not start working on it in the morning. The parts that they replaced did not correct the issue. They blamed it on GM protocol. I spoke to Fred, dealership manager, the day I picked the truck up. He told me that he would look into the issue and call me back. I never hear back from him. More
