Enjoyed my experience at Cascade Auto Center. First new car purchase for me and it mostly was a good experience. The Subaru dealership was busy when I arrived…it took a while for someone to acknowledge I was there, but I needed Julie O’Brian first anyways. Finally a gal walked through and asked if I had been helped. I was a bit put off that the none of the salesmen acknowledged I was there, but in their defense I suppose…they were busy, but a hi would have been nice. Julie set me up with Bill from the Chevy lot…he and I learned together about the workings of the 2017 outback. He was honest, friendly, and got the deal done without a ton of knowledge on the car I wanted. I had done my research, so it worked out for both of us. The gentleman in finance…started off great, but after declining all the additional warranty options, I felt like he was put off with me and wanted to move onto the next person. To be honest…if my salesman had been that way – I would not have purchased from Cascade Auto Center. They all have a job to do, upselling to do…I get it, but it left a bad taste in my mouth. Next was Tony! Wow…did he save the day! Funny, personable, and took the time to show me what each and every single button did on my new car. Set up the Bluetooth, navigation and programed the stereo a little for me. Tony had me leaving in all smiles and made the end to a long day very enjoyable!

Excellent, honest, no pressure service and sales in Subaru department:
We brought our 2006 Subaru in for 90,000 mile service. In the process, we found out we had a critical problem and repairing it would be almost as much as the car's blue book value. We panicked as we were not thinking of purchasing a new car at this time. The service department had Tony call us same day to discuss trade-in options, etc. He was honest and willing to accommodate any thoughts and timing we had. For example, we considered a used Audi Q7 and he told us the used car department could get anything we want. No pressure, no pushing, no timeframe.
The next day we test drove a 2017 Subaru with Tony and liked him and the car so much, we purchased it on the spot. It's worth your time to visit Tony and Cascade Auto Center.

Not knowing what vehicle we would be purchasing, we started our search at Cascade Suburb here in Wenatchee. We had the good fortune to speak with a young man, Jose, who helped show us some of the features on vehicles which we were unfamiliar with. As we narrowed our choices we were joined by Tony who added even more in depth information as we continued to make our new car decision. After we made our decision on the vehicle, had our questions answered and proceeded to the paperwork we still had the opportunity to have Jose and Tony lead us along the paper pathway with much patience, knowledge and reassurance. Actually, the whole staff was extremely reassuring, knowledgeable, friendly yet very professional. Thank you Cascade Suburu!

We would highly recommend this dealership and especially Tony Omlin. We were sort of looking for another car and based on Tony's experience, and excellent customer service (without being pushy or annoying!) we drove away in a great Subaru!
