Took friends car there for oil change and service person Bill W was great! He knew more about the car than anyone yet. Good employee to have. However an older guy who greeted me when I pu and service person Bill W was great! He knew more about the car than anyone yet. Good employee to have. However an older guy who greeted me when I pulled in gave me the impression he wanted me to leave, because I was told to come on in, instead of getting an exact appointment time 15 minutes prior. Guess he didn't know I just got off the phone with the front desk and it was a bit hot in there for the workers that day....... More
