Thank you for your candid feedback. We do sincerely apologize for having the vehicle listed as a Certified Pre-owned vehicle on our website when it was not. Unfortunately, this was just an honest mistake due to human error. While we do have a disclaimer on each vehicle regarding this, that is not an excuse and we certainly don't ever want there to be this type of problem. We also apologize about the wait to complete your transaction. We are in an extremely busy time of year and we only have 6 finance people here to assist customers. We know our customers' time is very valuable and we are constantly working to improve on wait times for finance. I have personally spoken with Tim Rhame and Doug Darr (our Pre-Owned Car Sales Managers), and they would be more than happy to sit down and discuss this situation further, if you would like to do so.
