When my most recent Suburban needed an upgrade I took the opportunity to go to Sunset Ford and look at the Ford Expedition Max for a comparison. I was pleasantly surprised that the Expedition Max exceeded my expectations. I don't think I will go back. Overall, Sunset Ford exceeded my expectations for Sales, Management, and Finance. iI have nothing but great things to say about the staff at Sunset Ford. Management I met Pete Heutel GM for Sunset Ford. He helped ensure the whole process from start to finish was handled very efficiently and professional manner. He was willing to find the right vehicle for our family regardless if it was on the lot. I could tell his #1 priority was for me to have a great experience and be happy with my purchase. He manages a great dealership with a very knowledgeable and professional team. Exceeded my expectations. Sales Tony Pizzella was very knowledgeable on the vehicle and helped me select the exact vehicle I wanted based on options. He took the time to explain the Expedition in full detail and helped me set up all the features when I purchased it. He was great to work with and I highly recommend him as your sales representative. Finance I worked with Treff LaPlant in finance when we closed the deal. It was the most efficient signing of a vehicle that I have experienced. Had me in and out of there in 15 minutes. I highly recommend before you make a new car purchase to take the time to stop by Sunset Ford. More
