Very Responsive Customer Service I worked with Tony Pizzella and his manager Larry to negotiate and out of state sale of vehicle over 8 hours from home. Tony was super responsive to my requests regarding availability and pricing for a vehicle on their lot from my very first (early morning) phone call to the dealership. I had spent most of my day at another dealership still two hours from my home, contemplating a purchasing a different unit. Unfortunately it was optioned with a engine that was not my preference so it was really important that I get a fair and comparable price to know what decision to make that day. What I was looking to but had limited availability so I didn't have the convenience of time. I decided to come home empty handed that day to further consider Tony's last offer. The next day I worked with Tony to secure pictures and electronic documents to feel comfortable to make the 500+ mile trip from Ohio to take delivery of their unit the following week. The vehicle was ready for me when I arrived to take test drive and detailed in perfect condition. All the paperwork was submitted to financing as we negotiated prior to my trip. Tony was also very helpful in suggesting renting on one-way rental to eliminate air travel and tying up someone else making the trip with me. It was a great solution and Tony even assisted in seeing that my rental was retuned. I was in and out of the finance department in great time and on my way home very timely. My only regret is that they are too far for me to consider as a continued dealership to service my new vehicle. I appreciate all their efforts in making this transaction happen! More
