My car is very nice and I actually enjoy driving it, a Civic. Tony helped me to accept my reality and to realize I could succeed and have a very nice replacement to my Honda Accord. Tony the salesrep listen to what I was looking for and had one on the lot. Start to finish was about 2.5 hours. My first purchased was an excellent experience but last year I spoke with an agent for trading and purchasing a new model and he never got back with me. This year again, I wanted to buy and upgrade to a lu year I spoke with an agent for trading and purchasing a new model and he never got back with me. This year again, I wanted to buy and upgrade to a luxury vehicle and they didn’t have the vehicle I wanted, instead they wanted me to put money down for them to order it for me. Not sure about you but I like to see, test drive before I purchase a vehicle. So that option didn’t work for me either. Thanks More
