Tony Rameriz headed the team guiding me out of crises and into a better balance in my budget and life following the theft of my only vehicle. Daily attention, reiteration, undaunted daily support, expediency into a better balance in my budget and life following the theft of my only vehicle. Daily attention, reiteration, undaunted daily support, expediency, accuracy, empathy were demonstrated dozens of ways by Tony and the team, including Mr. Hunt, he chose to help me,. My car is very nice and I actually enjoy driving it, a Civic. Tony helped me to accept my reality and to realize I could succeed and have a very nice replacement to my Honda Accord. Of course, my next car will be a Honda and , if possible, I will do the sale through Tony Rameriz. Now, I have a favor to request of you, Mr. May. Tony is an accomplished artist. So am I. Tony the salesrep listen to what I was looking for and had one on the lot. Start to finish was about 2.5 hours. My first purchased was an excellent experience but last year I spoke with an agent for trading and purchasing a new model and he never got back with me. This year again, I wanted to buy and upgrade to a lu year I spoke with an agent for trading and purchasing a new model and he never got back with me. This year again, I wanted to buy and upgrade to a luxury vehicle and they didn’t have the vehicle I wanted, instead they wanted me to put money down for them to order it for me. Not sure about you but I like to see, test drive before I purchase a vehicle. So that option didn’t work for me either. Thanks More
