Great people, good deal, slow departure I purchased a 2016 Honda Odyssey with ~40K mileage in November 2019. Sales people were responsive and courteous. Service department was thorough as u I purchased a 2016 Honda Odyssey with ~40K mileage in November 2019. Sales people were responsive and courteous. Service department was thorough as usual (I have other vehicles serviced at this dealership). But during a final inspection of the vehicle, it was not well cleaned and detailed as promised, and the lug nut key was missing. After resolving this issue, the vehicle failed to start, but a new battery was quickly installed. I just finished a 1000 mile round trip to Arkansas with no major problems from the car; I will need to replace a rear wiper and some internal components that appeared okay at the time of purchase, but were actually broken or worn out once we used them. Overall, I am pleased with the vehicle and the buying experience, which only required a little more than an hour to sign all the paperwork. More
