I had shown interest online for a Ford Edge and Barry was ready to help. Constant communication with helpful tips and working with my wife and I to find the right car was his highest priority. Barry got me out of my current financed car with equity and in three days we walked out with a brand new Edge. He also took about 30 minutes to explain every piece of technology in the car to me so I was very comfortable before I drove off. Tony was very helpful with the contract and financials of the deal. We went into his back office and he explained every detail I would have had a question on before I could even ask. Tom came and introduced himself, handed me his card and said if there was anything he could do and Barry wasn't available to call him directly. I don't think I'll need to find another dealership anytime soon. More

I live in New Britain, CT, about 80 miles from Stamford. I was looking for a 2012 Ford Fusion Hybrid and found one on Autotrader.com at Stamford Ford Lincoln. I spoke with salesman Bob Hermanns, who offere I was looking for a 2012 Ford Fusion Hybrid and found one on Autotrader.com at Stamford Ford Lincoln. I spoke with salesman Bob Hermanns, who offered to meet my wife and me in New Haven on his day off to show me the car. He literally went extra miles for us. We drove to New Haven the next day to meet Mr. Hermanns and see the car. We liked the car and wrote a check as a deposit. A few days later we drove to the dealership in Stamford and picked up the car. Everyone we met at the dealership was friendly and helpful. Tony Siciliano, the Finance Manager, handled all the paperwork and transferred our registration and plates without a hitch. He also thoroughly explained the warranties on the vehicle and options for extended warranty. We have purchased many new and used cars from dealers over the years. Typically, transferring ownership can take up to two hours. We were done in less than an hour. This was by far our most pleasant experience buying a car from a dealer. More

It was a true pleasure purchasing my new Edge from Lena and Tony at Stamford Ford Lincoln. You couldn't ask for a better team to work with on purchasing a new car. I highly recommend that you give Lena a visit if you are planning to purchase a vehicle. She was fabulous to work with, made sure all the details were covered, and has called a few times to make sure everything is okay. Great woman! Great dealership! More

I came with my friend last year to look at leasing an Explorer. Tony was her salesman, he did a great job & gave her a great deal. After her deal was done I told him I will be back to see him when my Edge lease was up. So one year passed & we called Tony, who is now the finance mgr, & he put me in touch with Barry. When I came in the showroom Barry was great. So easy to talk to, he listened to exactly what I wanted & I got an awesome deal on a Lincoln MKX. I couldn't have been happier. Barry & Tony really went above & beyond to get me my deal. Tony made signing all the paperwork painless. Barry took me through each part of the car & made sure I understood everything. I really am so pleased with my experience, I will definitely be back in two years to see my new friends for a new car. More

I had a great overall experience at Stamford Ford Lincoln from start to finish. Sal was very knowledgeable with helping me choose my 2014 Ford F250 to fit my needs. Lena made this experience as smooth as I t from start to finish. Sal was very knowledgeable with helping me choose my 2014 Ford F250 to fit my needs. Lena made this experience as smooth as I think it could be from a sales perspective, as this was my first time buying a brand new vehicle, and I had no surprises once I spoke to Tony to run the final numbers. Lastly, Chris hopped in the vehicle with me to give me an awesome run down on what it had to offer in way of the amazing technology before I pulled it off the lot. All in all the staff at Stamford Ford Lincoln is extremely friendly and accommodating, which made for a very personal experience - I never felt rushed of hassled. More

Lena Spagnuolo is the best. Friendly, courteous, knowledgeable with loads of patience. Spent alot of time with me going over the new technology inside the car. I would definitely recommend Ford Lincoln dealership. The whole experience was great! Everyone that helped me was very professional and extremely helpful. The dealership was great in their prep for the car and how they handled the sale and financing. The price was right and the car was detailed nicely with everything checked and ready to go.
