I knew it was time to replace my 1996 Jeep Grand Cherokee. My dad was helping me out and he went into Stanford Ford Lincoln and spoke with Lena Spagnuolo on a Thursday. I went to the dealership on F Cherokee. My dad was helping me out and he went into Stanford Ford Lincoln and spoke with Lena Spagnuolo on a Thursday. I went to the dealership on Friday and test drove a 2012 Ford Fusion with 30,000 miles. I purchased the car on Saturday. The entire process took less than three hours. Lena was courteous, professional and very knowledgeable in helping answer my questions as this purchase is second only in importance to that of buying a new home. I then went to speak with Tony Siciliano in financing. Tony was a complete professional and explained the numbers to the point that I understood them completely. I purchased a warranty with Tony and was able to drive off in my new car! Lena and Tony made this sales process the most seamless one that I have ever been a part of. I have been in sales for over 30 years and appreciate everything that Stanford Ford Lincoln has done for me and my family as this is our third car purchase with them. We purchased a car from the Milford dealership after having worked with Chris in the Ford dealership in Stamford, the primary reason was having lived in Milford for years and knowing that there is a mar having worked with Chris in the Ford dealership in Stamford, the primary reason was having lived in Milford for years and knowing that there is a market difference between New Haven County and Lower Fairfield County. I just purchased a Ford Transit Connect from Chris because I would not feel right in finding out information about a vehicle here in lower Fairfield county and then going to another dealership and finalizing the deal. I realize it is a matter of dollars and cents but follow up service is just as significant as getting a good rate or a better deal if you and the dealership are honest faithful and loyal with each other. It is not a marriage but it is an investment which affects my future and the future of others so it is up there in significance. I hope I have made things good between myself and the Stamford dealership if that makes sense. More

I visited Stamford Ford Lincoln only because my friend recommended me here. This is my first new car, and I had a defensive mindset when dealing with car sale people as I had previously gone to two other recommended me here. This is my first new car, and I had a defensive mindset when dealing with car sale people as I had previously gone to two other dealerships and talked on the phone with two additional ones. But I was pleasantly surprised as I was greeted as soon as I entered the Stamford Ford Lincoln store, unlike in other places where I had to seek assistance. Mike greeted me and I was instantly impressed with how courteous and friendly he is. I test drove a Ford Fusion and a Ford Focus, both with Titanium package and both handle beautifully. Mike showed very good knowledge about the cars and was able to demonstrate all the features that the cars offered. Mike was very devoted to make me happy as a customer and it showed as he was always very responsive and attentive to my questions and needs. Tony, the finance person, was also very patient while waiting for me to go through all the paperwork and answering all my questions. Mike even referred me to a very good car insurance agent. The whole process at this dealership was very efficient and much smoother than I anticipated for getting my first new car. I'm now a happy customer with one week old hot new ride and plan on coming back for future services, because I know that I will be taken good care of. I'm already recommending this dealers to my friends who are also looking for a new car as her Lexus broke down. More

I went to 2 other Lincoln dealerships in Connecticut, one in Milford and one in Woodbridge, when it came to customer service and straight forward negotiating this dealership is by far the best. Phil was ver in Milford and one in Woodbridge, when it came to customer service and straight forward negotiating this dealership is by far the best. Phil was very helpful and accommodating. He is a class act and the best car salesman, manager i have ever worked with. As far as Tony is concerned, he was very professional and very helpful. This was a return visit for me after having leased a 2011 Ford Fusion three years ago. Barry Pasqualini does a great job, so I came back to renew my lease and took home a 2014 Ford Focus with all the bells a Ford Fusion three years ago. Barry Pasqualini does a great job, so I came back to renew my lease and took home a 2014 Ford Focus with all the bells and whistles. Everything was very easy and straightforward. No pressure or hassle at all. A great team in the show room, and I made another good decision on a car! Also, an excellent service department! More
