I just bought my third of five Volvo's from Tony Tehrani at Culver City Volvo. This time, before buying, I decided to first check with other dealerships to see what kind of offers I could get from them. Non at Culver City Volvo. This time, before buying, I decided to first check with other dealerships to see what kind of offers I could get from them. None of the offers seemed great. I then reached out to Tony, whom I've always dealt with, and he came in with a far better offer on my trade-in, so I scheduled an appointment. Upon arriving I immediately met with Tony's assistant Arlene, as he was out sick today, and she could not have been more helpful. She had all of my paperwork ready and had me fill out a few quick forms online then gave me the keys to the car I was interested in so I could take it for a test drive. The car was the one I wanted, so Arlene had Bryant, a super nice and patient gentleman, walk me through all of the functions of my new XC40 Recharge, set the Volvo app on my phone, and transfer SiriusXM from my old car to the new one. Bryant then walked me over to see Julio in finance to sign all the papers and close the deal. The whole process took between 1 1/2 - 2 hours. In closing, I have to say that many times in the past when I've bought a new car I've left feeling confused and taken advantage of. The three times I've dealt with Tony I left knowing I was well taken care of and very happy with my new purchase. Big huge thanks to Tony, Arlene, Bryant, Kervin, and Julio for making this purchase quick, enjoyable, and stress-free!!! More

Save your time and your sanity -- go check out one of the many other dealers in the LA area. This one has staff with an unbelievable lack of respect and professionalism. We've bought multiple vehicles from other dealers and when visiting Volvo Culver City , the sales rep was rude and provided us with horrendous service because we did not book an appointment in advance. Not to mention there were no other customers, and all the car salespeople were chatting away in plain sight. The sales rep not only treated us as if we could not afford a car but she also was to busy having a romantic moment with her significant other in her office versus allowing us the time of day to discuss the price of the vehicle in a private space versus in the lobby. I called multiple times to speak to a manager and never got a call back. I even spoke with the GM and he assured me that the sales manager would call me back. I have yet to get a call back. They are supposed to be a Costco & AAA authorized dealership but don't waste your time, they are ruining the Costco & AAA customer service standards. I don't usually write reviews, but want to help any other person out there save their time and money. More
