Terrible experience at this dealership purchasing a 2026 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali. my salesman lied to me concerning molding on the wheel well. It came from the back with black molding and was supposed to com GMC Sierra 1500 Denali. my salesman lied to me concerning molding on the wheel well. It came from the back with black molding and was supposed to come with painted molding. He told me that the truck had the most discounts on it because of the black molding and it cost $3000.00. Turns out the painted ones have to be put on by the dealership. I didn’t receive a printed owners manual. I called the salesman, he told me that they were digital now, I didn’t believe him because he proved that he will lie. Truck also missing bed cargo or bed cover bar. Made it to the dealership at around 10:30 am didn’t leave until 4:00 pm. I guess the truck had to be processed by the dealership and it takes several hours to process however my salesman told me it just has to be detailed cleaned and not explain process. Bad experience was only with my salesman the dealership overall appears to be solid. Everyone else was on point as far as I could tell. Cudos to the finance manager who explained the process to me after seeing that I was still there hours after we had closed the deal. More
