He was very straight forward and was not pushy about additional items. He finalized the deal very well. The only gripe I have was with Brent (used car director). Very rude though out the entire interaction. Made me feel like I was wasting his time. He rushed through the entire process (less than 10 minutes) despite no other customers waiting to be helped. Needs to work to improve on customer interaction and satisfaction. More
