Customer service is everything, if you want to wow your customers you have to provide them with an outstanding, genuine, connected way of service. Unfortunately the young lady did not do that. However, her peers and financial manager did. This is my 3rd car in a year I’ve bought from Mandal. I’ve had really good experiences thus far. I know they will coach and train better in hopes that they can fix this only issue we had. More
