I had the pleasure of dealing with Josh Luna at the Santa Maria BMW. I was very disappointed when Josh left the dealership and did not know he was at the SLO BMW. When I have needed to take my car in for Maria BMW. I was very disappointed when Josh left the dealership and did not know he was at the SLO BMW. When I have needed to take my car in for service in SM, I always left frustrated due to the poor customer service they offer and they claim to always be short staffed. Had I known Josh was in SLO I would have brought my car to him and would have avoided a lot of frustration. I cannot say enough about the service that Josh & Tony provided me. I don't recall every receiving such excellent service. I would like to thank Josh & Tony for your professionalism, care & concern to your customers, patience and the outstanding customer you provide. Thank you both for making my experience a pleasurable one, I really appreciate it!!! Thank you Tony for the great message you sent me, I will certainly recommend SLO BMW to my friends and family. I will also be contacting Mich Valine for information on a new BMW SUV. Thanks again Josh & Tony for making me feel like a family member. Blessings to all of you. More

Diamato demonstrated professionalism and expertise that exceeded my expectations. He communicated effectively, keeping me updated throughout the process. Diamato's friendly demeanor made the experience enjoyable, and the quality of work on my BMW was outstanding. He also provided me with a new electric courtesy car that was fun to drive. I came into BMW for a scheduled Oil Change and possibly tires. I was told an oil change would be approximately $265. Which I was fine with, however, when we got to the desk with the service rep, he came tires. I was told an oil change would be approximately $265. Which I was fine with, however, when we got to the desk with the service rep, he came up with a total of over $1850 for what my SUV NEEDED. I have 52,400 miles. I questioned how an oil change can turn into that much money, and was told this is how I keep my car running great. My husband showed up and got several items removed and the cost was brought down to $1300. Mind you, my SUV is in perfect shape, all the computer told me was I needed an oil changed. So we agreed to get the service thinking that it was necessary per what the service rep stated. Well I got home and checked my BMW maintenance schedule and found that I didn't need spark plugs until my SUV hit 60,000 miles, nor did I need the 2 filters I was told I needed since they had already been done previously. My husband went down to BMW to stop them from doing all the unnecessary items within less than 1 hour, and was told the mechanic was already working on the SUV. Too late. I have owned 3 BMWs and have been coming to SLO BMW for many years for vehicles and service. This is the first time I have felt completely taken advantage of, like I was dealing with a USED CAR SALESMAN. I spent $1000 more than I should have. On another note, if my SUV was already on the racks being worked on and we couldn't modify our service request, why did I drop it off at 9am and never received a call that it was done until my husband called after 4pm? I will never come back to SLO BMW for service, which is sad as we own a home here, I went to college here and my husband was born and raised here. It is an absolute shame to take advantage of people. You've lost 2 customers along with all our family and friends we will be spreading the word to. More
