I I wan to thank Tony Zemke for providing an Exceptional Buying Experience. I was forced into buying a new vehicle after a break down of my old truck. I had little time to do my research so I had to rely on the old fashion dealership experience that everyone dreads. Tony sat down with my and we just talked. He asked what I do for a living. He asked what I do for fun. He asked what I would use the truck for. He listened to everything I had to say and without pressure, he paired me with a Tacoma package that met my every need. I told him I needed to see other trucks and he let me walk out of the door. This was not the same for the other dealerships I later went to visit. I, myself, am in high end sales. I know how a large purchase can be a difficult pile to swallow, especially an unexpected one. The follow up on delivery day was the same great experience though out.
