While on the test drive, our trade-in vehicle was assessed. Tony provided all of the important decision making information about the vehicle including the ownership history and remaining warranty. The 2018 4Runner seemed to be a good-value upgrade. With a reasonable trade-in value, we proceeded with the purchase transaction. That went very smoothly also. Josh did a good job going through the details of the loan, down payment, taxes, etc. as well as an informative review of the available extended warranty packages. Overall a very good experience. This was our best car buying experience in a very long time. We would recommend this specific Rudy Luther dealership and Tony to any of our relatives or friends in the market for a Toyota! More
