fast and friendly service You call and make an appointment and when you get there, your car is taken in and I personally have always had a quick turn-around with my service. HORRIBLE Customer Service. Definitely don't buy a car here Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. My parents have purchased three new vehicles from Phillips Toyota. They aren't the type to haggle over price, Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. My parents have purchased three new vehicles from Phillips Toyota. They aren't the type to haggle over price, nor are they people who take advantage of warranties. So I was shocked when I found out that they were made to pay for a faulty battery. Car batteries should last at least 4-5 years. Theirs died after just over two years, but because they had driven 961 miles over the 36,000 warranty, they had to pay. (They were well within the other limit of 3 years.) Any reputable dealership who values customer service would say, "Hm. They have paid full price for three vehicles? They have never brought this vehicle in for a single fix during warranty? Of course we'll take care of the faulty battery ourselves. After all, it's a faulty product that we provided." Well when I spoke to Tonya Stiver at Phillips Toyota, she said the exact opposite. "Toyota will not cover out of warranty, and we certainly won't pay for it out of our pocket." Outstanding. It's also worth noting that I first phoned them five days ago and left a message for their customer service rep, David Newton. I didn't leave details, only that I wanted to discuss a charge. It's been 5 days now without a return call. Further, Tonya tried to blame their faulty battery on my parents ("Maybe they don't drive the car enough."), which is insane. (They drive it at least every other day.) The tech guy, meanwhile, told my mother that she left a light on (she most definitely did not). You gotta love it when a dealership blames a customer for their own shoddy product. Better yet, when they pin it on corporate, which Tonya was very quick to do. ("It's out of our hands," she said.) Terrible dealership. Absolutely horrible customer service. Don't think about buying a car from Phillips Toyota if you expect any sort of reasonable care for you as a customer. More

Fabulous Toyota Dealership This is our 4th new Toyota purchase from the same sales person (Sonny Rothwell) at Phillips Toyota. I can't say enough good things about Sonny. He This is our 4th new Toyota purchase from the same sales person (Sonny Rothwell) at Phillips Toyota. I can't say enough good things about Sonny. He goes above and beyond the call of duty because he genuinely cares about his customers. Randy Ollila, the general sales manager, is a friendly, honest and kind person. David Newton and Keith Potter in the service department have always been there for me and my family, helping us in every way possible to make sure we are getting the best and most cost- effective service possible. Tonya Stiver is one of the service writers we have had the most experience with. She is truly a fabulous part of the team. She has always tenaciously kept us informed of the activities with our vehicles. I feel fortunate to have found such a great team of people who honestly care about their jobs and go above and beyond to make sure we are safe and happy. I have referred several friends to Phillips Toyota over the years. They all have been going back to purchase and service their vehicles at Phillips Toyota. The fact that they have so many repeat customers is indicative of what a fabulous job they are doing. More

They diagnosed it quickly and got me back on the road the same day even though it was a Saturday and I had been told that it may take several days to get parts and repair my Solara. Thanks, Tania, for your help and quick response to the problem. You will continue to have my business!! More

Best Service Dept. Wonderful service advisors. Always giving the best advice and willing to do what they can to work with you. Especially Tonya and Sam whom I've dealt w Wonderful service advisors. Steven Krauss is the best tech and I trust him completely with my automobile. I will continue to have my car serviced here. I would've given 5 stars but I'm still a little bitter with the financial dept. from the purchase of my car. The financial dept. took it upon themselves to run my credit twice even though I told them I had my own financing and I wasn't interested in theirs. I guess they figured I wouldn't find out but I checked my credit history. More
