I have had nothing but issues with my steering since my tires were rotated. They have tried fixing the issue twice to no avail. They are recommending new tires when mine still have several thousand miles o tires were rotated. They have tried fixing the issue twice to no avail. However, every time I roll into the garage, it takes several minutes for anyone to acknowledge customers. I have encountered this several times and have watched them do it to others. Things have changed since Erlich sold to McDonald. More
