Amazing experience Tori was an excellent sales woman. When my wife and I showed up on Saturday, it wasn't more than 10 minutes before she greeted us and had the vehicle Tori was an excellent sales woman. When my wife and I showed up on Saturday, it wasn't more than 10 minutes before she greeted us and had the vehicle we wanted to look at ready. It was super busy too. Within the next 20 minutes we had taken our test drive and paper work was filled out. 45 minutes later approval was accepted and final contract signed. On Tuesday morning my wife and I returned and within an hour we drove our new vehicle off the lot. Absolutely amazing! The finance/business manager was great as well. Upfront and honest and not trying to cram additional products down our throats. Compare that to the big store dealers that you spend your life in only to be taken for a ride you didn't expect or want and it's not even close. Bourne's is the place to go. We could of picked up on Monday but I was stuck at work. Great people, great selection and just an overall great experience. We live more than an hour away and it was well worth the trip. Thank you guys! More

Quick and easy process I found this dealership through autotrader and even though it was a ways away from where I live it was worth the visit. I came with a vehicle in mind I found this dealership through autotrader and even though it was a ways away from where I live it was worth the visit. I came with a vehicle in mind and within a few days everything was taken care of. I worked with Tori and she was very pleasant and when I asked to pick up a day early due to a storm she graciously came in on her scheduled day off. I also noticed that when I got there she was preoccupied with other customers and another sales representative took it upon himself to help her out with getting my vehicle in order. That was an awesome representative of the teamwork they used to make it a great experience. Would definitely recommend! More
