Great experience buying our 2019 Avalon. Toua was patient answering all of our questions and we got a great deal on the car. They also threw in some nice extras that buying our 2019 Avalon. Great Job in service center I noticed my car was having trouble backing up so I stopped by and they were able to do the work right away needed rear breaks. and a oil change. They were friendly and the work was done faster then they had said it would be done. I like going to this store they are always friendly. from the first person when you drive your car in to the cashier when you are done. More

Perfect in and out and car washed too! I bought my Sienna from Tuo in 2008 at Luther Brookdale Toyota. I have gone nowhere else for maintenance. It’s the best vehicle I’ve ever owned. Informing me know the out the door cost up front was a plus. Also showing me the actual cabin filter, asking me whether I would prefer it changed for $60.00(ouch) LOL. But I choose to do so anyhow as long as I was there. Seriously though, the Luther family really trains their staff to treat everyone respectfully. I can remember when both Steve and Duane were young and they are both still their. That say's a lot as well. More
