Great Job in service center I noticed my car was having trouble backing up so I stopped by and they were able to do the work right away needed rear breaks. and a oil change. Always friendly, honest and efficient ! I came in for oil change and help with replacing batteries in my two remote starter fobs. Arrived 15 min early, and they took in my vehicle. Then my I came in for oil change and help with replacing batteries in my two remote starter fobs. Arrived 15 min early, and they took in my vehicle. Then my customer service guy showed me how to replace batt....waiting til I was able to repeat his steps. Service was done quickly but thankfully AFTER I had time to enjoy a coffee and bkfst sweet along with a few minutes of televised news on their big screen. Thank you!!!! More

20 years of excellent Service Over the years, I have purchased and owned 3 Toyota 4 Runners all from Brookdale Toyota. I have also continued to use their maintenance services. Even Over the years, I have purchased and owned 3 Toyota 4 Runners all from Brookdale Toyota. I have also continued to use their maintenance services. Eventually the service representatives became good friends and when service was needed they know my records and made recommendations that were practical for my car usage. Sometimes the recommendations were less than those suggested by Toyota. Through this process, I developed a respect for their knowledge and typically authorized them to proceed as they stated. Keith Kihle was the representative that sold me my 2013 4 Runner. He was helpful, courteous and pleasantly assisted with my concerns. When it came time to purchase a new car for my wife, we contacted Keith directly. He worked with us to provide the car we wanted at a reasonable price. We then purchased the 2018 RAV4 the same day.
