National recall, they oder the parts they the Vin and at the time of the appointment they used the part on another car. So, they waited 5 hrs of what they said it was for inspection, 3 weeks laterI made an the time of the appointment they used the part on another car. So, they waited 5 hrs of what they said it was for inspection, 3 weeks laterI made an appointment left the car at 10am they call me at 3:30pm. They broke 2 grommet on the door now I have a 4mil gap they said it was ok..they are treat you like you are stupid. Would not recommend More

My purchase was done in April 2024, a Rav 4 Prime, in Canada. First,You didn't accept to apply the guaranty of Toyota Canada in USA". Is it a politic of Toyota or your Politic? That's not correct. It was very complicated. And long. We are so many Canadians in Florida. A lot of them are owner of a Toyota. Why is it so difficult? A so big company, every where in the world? They said to me that if an American citizen has to repair his Toyota car in Canada, the guaranty will be accepted and the car will be repair as it supposed to be. Thank you. Excuse my English.
