Tracy had the car I wanted to look at ready and running for me when I arrived. She gave me plenty of time to look over the car and when I was ready we discussed the finances. She was very knowledgeable about the car and quickly worked with the manager on the numbers. Chance was very responsive and sat down with me to let me know what he could do with those numbers. My only criticism would be not knowing what the finance rate I would get as we talked over the terms and amount. This was a critical decision point for me and I had to essentially say I am not moving forward until I know what rate I would get. Once that was sorted and I decided to take the car, the paperwork went pretty quickly. I appreciated the strict COVID protocols and all employees abided by them. Everyone was quite friendly and helpful! A good experience overall and I would recommend them. More

Tracy Buczkowski was my sales person, and she was incredible. We (my father & I) asked to test drive the vehicle, and she got us ready to roll as soon as we asked. Her boss, Chance, came over a talked to us. He was straight forward and hit us with a great deal. What was nice about that interaction was, I walked away at first because I wasn't 100% sure, however he was not pushy or overbearing at all. I really appreciated that. He knew the line and was respectful not to cross it. After talking it over and really crunching the numbers, I did end up going back the same day to purchase that vehicle. Even with it being late on a Saturday night, they got us in and out in no time . Richard, in the financial office was a real pleasure to deal with also, going over each piece of paperwork and answering all my questions. I have to say, that the 30 or 40 minute drive from Largo,FL was well worth it and I would do it again in a heartbeat. I have absolutely no complaints about my experience with Ferman Chevrolet Tarpon Springs. I would highly recommend anyone I know to go and see them. Some of the best customer service I've seen in a long time. Everyone was so polite and professional. They got me into the vehicle I wanted, at the price I wanted, and did it all with a smile and no overbearing pressure like you think of when car shopping. When making a huge financial decision like purchasing a vehicle, the last thing you want is more pressure from a sales person, and there was none of that for me during my transaction. I could be happier with my experience. More
