On June 2, 2020 I paid $13k cash for a 2017 Hyundai Elantra with around 23k miles. I also traded in a car so I think I actually overpaid. Dealerships rather you get a loan than pay cash. It took over a month to get the title (possible due to COVID). I did get a fee for late registration, but the title company sent a check to cover it. During that month, I only had the car for about a week. There was a crack in the bumper when I bought it and the dealership agreed to replace the bumper. When I got the car back, the bumper looked horrible. It didn’t even line up and the tail lights had been displaced to squeeze the new bumper on. They tried to tell me it was like that before, but thank God I took a bunch of pictures when I first bought the car and was able to prove it wasn’t. They sent it back to be repaired a second time. The bumper still didn’t line up with the car and this time one of the tail lights was cracked. I had to prove with pictures that it was not cracked when I bought it. I was told this was as good as the bumper would get. Asked to speak with the manager and they agreed to fix it a third time with a real Hyundai bumper and not another after-market bumper. Later had a problem with the gear grinding when I turned the wheels. That was covered under warranty. I got it fixed at a Hyundai dealership, but the problem came back after less than a week. Also, they’re saying the battery is dying and it’s $450 to replace because it’s not covered under warranty. I’ve only had this car for 7 months and there is less than 30k miles. I wish I could rewind and get my money and old car back. This has been the biggest headache. More

The service department was remarkable I was in and out in a very reasonable amount of time. I used my Car Pass that I bought when I purchased my vehicle and it was no cost to get a full oil change and they w a very reasonable amount of time. A highly recommended place for car service thank you More
