Awesome Experience I knew I wanted a Honda CRV but wasn't sure where I would purchase it. Early on I met Tracy Simms due to my doing some Honda research. She began email I knew I wanted a Honda CRV but wasn't sure where I would purchase it. Early on I met Tracy Simms due to my doing some Honda research. She began emailing me and made contact by phone. She is such a pleasant not overbearing person I knew I wanted to do business with her as my salesperson. It took a few months for me to get everything to the place where I was prepared to purchase my new CRV. Tracy continued to contact me throughout this time. She was always very friendly but never pushy. I would have not pursued this dealership had she been. Finally May 2 I got to meet the lady I had been emailing and speaking with on the phone. She was so nice in person just as I thought she would be. We were able to make the deal that day. I now am the proud owner of a 2014 Honda CRV EX, blue in color and I love it! One other thing...I have bought new and used cars before in my life and normally the salesperson will be very friendly and willing to assist in any way so I was expecting this but the whole staff at John Howerton Honda were as polite, kind and helpful to me as they good possibly be. I told my son and daughter they made me feel special. I will recommend them to everyone I see. Honda speaks for itself but the service that I received went over and above what I have normally had. I will pay more and travel further to get good service which is a quality that seems to have left this country. God Bless John Howerton Honda for being a service, person centered dealership! More

My experience with Tracy and John Howerton Honda was as good as it gets. I made an appointment with Tracy and she greeted me immediately upon my arrival. She took my information found out the vehicle I was good as it gets. I made an appointment with Tracy and she greeted me immediately upon my arrival. When I decided on the vehicle she went over all the features explaining where everything was on the dashboard and how it worked. PJ HAMBRICK CONTACTED US REGARDING AN EMAIL THAT WE SENT INQUIRING ABOUT THE CRV, HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL HOWERTON HONDA IN BECKLEY WV. PJ HAMBRICK CONTACTED US REGARDING AN EMAIL THAT WE SENT INQUIRING ABOUT THE CRV, HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL IN HELPING US MAKE OUR DECISION IN WHICH MODEL WE WANTED . TRACY SIMMS WAS THE SALES PERSON AND SHE WAS VERY HELPFUL, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND ANSWERED EVERY QUESTION WE HAD. SHE WAS VERY GOOD ON HELPING US SET EVERYTHING UP IN THE VEHICLE AS WELL. FELICIA GORRELL WORKED WITH US IN FINANCE ON GETTING ALL OF THE PAPER WORK DONE AND HELPED US CHOOSE THE EXTENDED WARRANTY THAT WE NEEDED THERE WAS NO SURPRISES, EVERYTHING WAS EXACTLY AS IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE. . JIM WAY IN SERVICE INSTALLED THE ADDITIONAL PACKAGE THAT WE PURCHASED EXACTLY AS IT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE AND WHEN IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE. OUR OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH JOHN HOWERTON HONDA WAS EXCEPTIONAL!!! Everyone was nice and willing to work with us on our deal. Jim Copenhaver was able to find the spare key for me, which was great. Tracy and Jim was amazing, they made us feel right at home and didn't make us feel unimportant beca finance even though our credit wasn't very good.
