From the moment we arrived, everyone at Sutherlin was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely positive. Our sales rep, Travis, had everything ready to go—he already had the exact truck we were interested in pulled up front and had all the information I requested prepared ahead of time. There was zero pressure the entire time. We were never rushed, never pushed, and Travis gave us space while still being available whenever we had questions. Honestly, he’s the best sales rep I’ve ever worked with—kind, respectful, and professional. What really stood out was the transparency. They were completely upfront about pricing and fees and never tried to hide anything or play games with numbers. Travis also helped us get a great deal on the truck and worked with us every step of the way. We brought our young kids with us, and of course that ended up being the day they decided to argue, cry, and be loud—but the staff was incredibly patient and understanding, which meant a lot to us. During the test drive, I pointed out a couple of things on the truck before we had even committed to buying it. Travis immediately assured me it would be taken care of, and sure enough, after the test drive it was already being sent to the shop. The repairs were completed quickly and done right. Even the finance team—who I usually dread dealing with—was great. No attitude, no pressure, just straightforward and easy to work with. Overall, this was a 10/10 experience. If you’re hesitant about dealerships because of past experiences, I highly recommend giving Sutherlin Nissan a chance. They truly do things the right way. More
