So, I discovered something not working on the car that I had just purchased earlier i I couldn't ask for a better experience when buying a car!! So, I discovered something not working on the car that I had just purchased earlier in the day, it was the AWD system, which could end up being a costly repair I imagine. In all fairness it could have very easily been missed on their pre-inspection. I didn't even realize it wasnt working during the test drive, so I believed it to be an honest mistake or oversight on their part whenever preparing the car to be sold. Then, reality starts to set in and I realize that I purchased the car used as is, and although I don't know the law I imagine it doesn't favor me in this situation. But I called to let them know, and they told me to bring it back in the morning and let the service department take a look at it. So I did, but with it being an Audi we soon realize their AWD is for lack of a better term a proprietary system that requires an Audi mechanic to locate the issue and then repair it. So I'm feeling like this isn't going well at all. I have to say from this point on I was blown away by the actions and decision Landers McLarty made to take the car to Audi and then follow through with having it repaired at no cost to me amazingly. I would also like to add that the repair involved replacing the entire AWD system itself which was not a cheap fix by no means. The bill was around ⅕ of what I gave for the car, and I don't claim to know their profit margin per vehicle, but its hard to imagine the made much if anything at all on our deal. Regardless I would like to say to, Landers McLarty I am very grateful for the way you treated me, and i have nothing but respect for you guys and for my car buying experience. Thank you!! More
