Hill Country Honda has done a great job creating a culture of customer service. Lots of companies can claim that but when a customer tells you, my cars will only be Honda so I can bring them to this d culture of customer service. Lots of companies can claim that but when a customer tells you, my cars will only be Honda so I can bring them to this dealer, that speaks volumes of the great job everyone is doing! Honda is obviously a good brand but having a great dealer that you can rely for service to your vehicle makes the decision buying so much simpler! More

Was not happy with answer I was given by your cashier at Tire service department she needs to be trained on how to answer questions. Costumer doesn't like to hear that costumer service and there department Tire service department she needs to be trained on how to answer questions. Costumer doesn't like to hear that costumer service and there department aren't in the same page.!!! When it comes to pricing or doing things which didn't sit right with my purchase.. if I am given a price quote for a Tire from your costumer service department in full... When I get there it should be that price Not changed cause I am told O they don't KNOW how we work back here So it's this!! Not good on business!!! A business should have a TEAM of workers working together. NOT O I am better then they don't KNOW Ext.... as a costumer I avoid back and forth unperfesional confusion!!!! More
