Very slow. Makes excuses. Clearly does not prioritize customer service. Staff doesn't seem knowledgeable. Made an appointment. Brought car in fur to failure to Makes excuses. Dropped vehicle off at 700am. Called at 1pm, car hadn't been serviced. Arrived to dealership arounf 2pm. My car was never moved from the oringinal spot. Staff lied to tell me, telling me that the service worker had to stop checking out my car, because it took too long. Then he said he had to get to the other appointments, then would get back to my car. At 530, he called me to picked up my car, stating he changed the battery. Ridiculous! More
