Express service is slow, waited 3 hours for an oil change. Service department likes to make things as difficult as possible. Travis-> was informative about my oil change and tire issue. I had a problem with the fact I had a single hole in a tire, a brand new tire! And they wanted to change me $300! For a new tire replacement. issue. I had a problem with the fact I had a single hole in a tire, a brand new tire! And they wanted to change me $300! For a new tire replacement. I had approximately 7,000 miles on the tire and it was a brand new 2023 Honda Ridgeline! I went somewhere else because they said they couldn't do anything which was ridiculous Jonathan -> He did a good job. I had very specific needs. He was understanding, patience and didnt try to push me into other vehicles I was not interested in, which was an issue I was having with other people. He even taught me how to use some if the features on my new car after I bought. Will definitely be back. More
