Seamless car purchase experience We came in to look at trading in our lease early just to see if it would be worthwhile. Our salesperson Travis did a great job working out a similar payment on a great new car with all the features we wanted. He made everything very easy and fully explained all aspects. We did the paperwork online, and picked up the car in a few days. Our Delivery coordinator Matt went through every detail with the car features so we were quite comfortable with everything. This was a very easy purchase experience at a nice place that clearly has a team atmosphere with everyone we came in contact with. Overall terrific experience! More

We have been talking with Travis and Leigh since July on making a dea My husband and I have been looking to trade in our 2014 CRV for a new 2016 CRV. We have been talking with Travis and Leigh since July on making a deal but we decided to wait until now. We made the trade on Saturday September 24th working with Leigh over the phone. However the price we were told was not the prices we were charged and I didn't not get the additives I wanted when I told Leigh right from the beginning of our Saturday conversation. I liked working with Travis, he does go out of his way to help his customers and he didn't treat me like I was not important because my husband was the one making the sale. I was the one who was doing the test driving and getting all the information for my husband and Travis didn't disrespect me in any way like I have been from other dealerships I visited. What I didn't like The price was different than told the extras that was suppose to be added to the car wasn't after 3 days had to bring it back to the dealership due to poor detailing, a stain on moonroof visor, and window seals on the rear corner driver side were all ripped. This is my second CRV with Mohawk Honda, I like dealing with them but I don't like how the car care was handle, how the price was changed and the extras I wanted (remote starter and rain guards) were ignored. Also really not happy that there was a stain and the repairs already needed to the car windows. Overall we had a good transaction with Travis and as soon as he talked to me about the issues I am having he was right on it to make it right. If we continue to work with Mohawk Honda we will keep working with Travis Landry. More
