I found a certified pre-owned CRV there that I was interested in but wanted to look around more. The moment you walk into Mohawk, you can tell they run a very tight ship. The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff all look to be happy doing their jobs. I was immediately greeted and sat down with Travis to talk about my needs. He really listened to me and was able to come up with a good selection of CRVs in my price range. He gave me a lot of information about Honda and I could tell he was passionate about the brand. My husband joined me and we took a test drive. I had good options but none of the cars had the right "vibe". I told Travis this and thankfully he got it and didn't think I was a weirdo. At no point did anything feel pushy. There was no overselling, just a genuine interest in wanting to help us find the right vehicle. There was actually a CRV that hadn't been processed yet and they let us take a look. It was perfect! It was almost identical to the one at the other dealer except better. I was very happy. To be honest, I was half considering just getting one of the other cars I had looked at there because I had already wanted to give Travis and Mohawk my business. The entire process, including my interaction with Stephen C. in finance and Rachael, who helped me with my blue tooth, was so smooth. Travis even helped with the car seats when we came to pick up the car. Amazing! Start to finish A+ service. More

Travis met us in the parking lot and walked us through the entire process from test drive to trade in to purchase. Nate got the financing done efficiently and professionally and made us feel like we got a good deal.
