Would highly highly recommend buying a car with Travis as your salesman. DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE. ( This coming from someone who was raised to"disliked" car dealerships and was taught basic mechanics) My views towards dealerships has been h ( This coming from someone who was raised to"disliked" car dealerships and was taught basic mechanics) My views towards dealerships has been humbled AS LONG AS you find the right one. - From my experience, they hire those who exhibit a professional demeanor and are of good character. My views towards car salesmen has been humbled AS LONG AS you get Travis, AKA Morty. -Another Travis works there, I didn't meet him but as said, they seem to hire those of good character. Also, I don't leave reviews unless the value provided is worth the time. Instead of getting a few extra minutes of sleep after putting my 1 month baby to 'sleep', I'm leaving this review. While Travis "Morty" has not been in this field long, he shows the key characteristics you'd want in someone helping you make the perfect purchase that effects your family's life. Best way to describe Travis is the uncle you'd ask advise from, he will find the answer he may not have but you need. Travis will match your wants and needs with the best selection of cars. Before going to Groove, my wife and I had been on the private seller's market for a bit. We couldn't find anything quite right. We hesitantly decided to give dealerships a chance. We even went to a dealership 20 minutes west of Groove, of a 3 letter named auto maker. We walked the entire lot viewing cars for 15 minutes and went inside to ask for help..... WE LEFT. After Groove, we went to see 2 other cars from private sellers. We came back. Groove is about 25 minutes away from our home. We passed on a lot of dealerships. I worked mainly with Travis and occasionally with Scott Nelson, another example of professionalism and good character. Groove will undoubtedly be our first stop next time we're on the market for a car. Groove will undoubtedly be our first recommendation to those who mention they're on the market for their next car or truck. Stop by and give them a chance. More
