Meghan and the sales. lady that presented loan to .e.badgerd me with lies of deceit with costs they said was a downpayment which became untrue,claims that was the only way lady that presented loan to .e.badgerd me with lies of deceit with costs they said was a downpayment which became untrue,claims that was the only way the deal.would go through ,it costed me more.stress from.the dealership.asking for.more money when the lending company never asked for a downpayment,,they played with my intelligence because I feel.they seen how I really wanted the truck ,very unfair practices to customers ,the fees should have been presented to see if I wanted to purchase the warranties instead of forcing them.on.the customers.i wonder how many people They have did this way More

The low pressure approach to sales at Oaks Kia is fabulous. Our sales person (Travis) listened to what we wanted and what our budgetary limits were. He found several cars that met our needs. He continued to listen and modify the cars he presented as he educated us and we refined our needs. In the end we got a car that was perfect. I appreciate that there was a team of people supporting sales but I never felt pressured or neglected, just the right amount. Absolutely would return to buy another car. More
