FANTASTIC Ben Davis is the best dealership that I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. From sales to body shop to service. I always thought that blogs tha Ben Davis is the best dealership that I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. From sales to body shop to service. I always thought that blogs that gave glowing reviews had to have been done by an employee of that company, but I assure you that I have absolutely NO affiliation with Ben Davis and can honestly say that this is the most positive experience I HAVE EVER HAD with any dealership in all the years that I have been purchasing automobiles. The Service Manager is hands on and dedicated to Customer Service, the body shop and service employees are attentive and professional with attention to detail. You will never go anywhere else once you go to Ben Davis. I know I won't. More

Always a cheery visit I was in twice on Saturday to get an oil change on both of our vehicles. The service department always greets me by my name and always tries to make sure that I leave as a satisfied customer. The sales staff always make sure that I have coffee, water, or whatever. They just treat you like you are their guest and talk to you while you are there. An overall good and quick experience. More

Over that time, I have purchased all of my vehicles from Jill Harri It has been my pleasure doing business with Ben Davis Chevrolet for twenty years. Over that time, I have purchased all of my vehicles from Jill Harris. She is the consummate professional in providing a fair and pleasant buying experience for her customers. I also consider her my friend and enjoy stopping by to see her when I am in for service. Everyone in the service department has worked hard to keep my vehicles in top condition over the years. I also want to commend Beau in the recent purchase of my new Chevrolet Equinox for explaining all parts of the transaction clearly and staying past closing time to finish the paper work. ( righ Service people were friendly, professional, and courteous, from the time I dropped my truck off for service until I picked it up an hour later. ( right on time as promised). Checkout was fast flawless and friendly. They had my truck running and ready when I checked out. Although this dealership is 25 miles from my house and there are dealerships closer, the friendly efficient staff is why I go to Ben Davis. Caring, friendly, and willing to do anything to make your visit enjoyable. More
