He called me after I had filled out the info section of the Scott Clark website and I told him then that we were only beginning to look at new cars and that we were not ready that day to purchase. His attitude toward helping us under those terms was exemplary. When we visited the dealership that same day, he took patient time in answering every question, in making sure that we knew all the features of the Venza, and then took the time, along with the finance group, to show what they could do in pricing and financing.
