This was my fifth vehicle from Scott Clarks. Every time I have purchased a vehicle, they have treated me with dignity and respect. I can't say enough good things about this Dealership. The staff is very prof have purchased a vehicle, they have treated me with dignity and respect. I can't say enough good things about this Dealership. The staff is very professional, and fast. Not one of those back and forth sales gimicks you see every else. I have shopped around in the past, and no other Toyota Dealership can touch there deals! I have sent many of my family and friends to buy from Scott Clarks, all have been greatly satisfied. I would recommend this dealership to any one in the market for a vehicle. More

Car buying is very stressful. The team at Scott Clark Toyota worked with us to get us to a comfort level with the commitment. They were friendly and knowledgeable. We appreciate the time and patience the Toyota worked with us to get us to a comfort level with the commitment. They were friendly and knowledgeable. We appreciate the time and patience they gave us. We felt we got a really good car at a really good price. I want to make a special mention of our salesman, Travis. He is a good person to deal with. I would not hesitate to work with him again on future purchases and feel comfortable recommending him to friends and family. More

Great dealership to work with. We live in SC so my husband made the entire deal over the phone with Travis. He always got right back with my husband and stayed on top of the deal. We didn't have to husband made the entire deal over the phone with Travis. He always got right back with my husband and stayed on top of the deal. We didn't have to call him to remind him to do anything. He arranged for us to come pick up the car and was ready when we arrived. Loved how the transition flowed, didn't have to just sit around and wait. Everyone was friendly and helpful and answered all my questions. I would recommend (and already have) this dealership and Travis to my friends and family (but don't tell my brother, he's a car salesman as well!) More

I was looking for a good used 4Runner 4x4 for my son that is in college at App. State. I searched Craigslist, and all the dealerships in the area. I ran across a 2001 4Runner SR5 4x4 with 75k miles at Scott is in college at App. State. I searched Craigslist, and all the dealerships in the area. I ran across a 2001 4Runner SR5 4x4 with 75k miles at Scott Clark's Toyota. I called and spoke with Travis Wilson and scheduled to stop by that afternoon to see it. I went to the dealership around 5:30pm and met with Travis and also met Stephen Pecha Used Car Director. Stephen told me the vehicle just had the timing belt, water pump, tie rods and all the service done and that it was at the body shop having the front bumper repainted because of cosmetic chipping. Apparently this is a standard practice for this dealership. With the low miles and all the service current, I was sure that I had found the right 4Runner 4x4 for my son in snowy App. State in Boone, NC. Travis said the car will be ready Saturday so be here at 12 noon. I filled out my paperwork, got approval and was ready to go. This was on a Thursday and my son was coming home Saturday and it was also his birthday so this was to be his present. I had just finished a round of golf on that Friday when I received a call from Travis Wilson saying that I needed to get to the dealership and put some money down on the 4Runner. I said, I will be there in 15 minutes. When I arrived at the dealership, I had Travis paged. As he approached me he looked a little red faced and concerned. He said "they sold your 4Runner". I said "WHAT"! How could they do that? He said that Stephen Pecha was out that day and another manager who knew nothing about the deal showed the 4Runner which by the way, was getting a lot of attention because of the condition, and sold it. It was a done deal. Now here it is, Friday 5 pm, son will be in town tomorrow, birthday present sold, I'm steamming mad, in comes Jimmy Cline (General Sales Manager) and Chris Cady (General Manager/Partner). They took me in a private room to discuss this unfortunate incident. When all was said and done, Chris Cady made the executive decission to search their 42 dealerships and find me a replacement. He said in the thousands of deals they do, they never ran into an issue like this but Mr. Odom, we are going to make this right. They called me to another office and said, we found your replacement. It was a beautiful 2003 4Runner Limited 4x4, fully loaded, low miles, cream puff. It was located in Deland, Florida. Chris said I am going to fly someone down to FLA. and have this 4Runner here for you when your son arrives. Not only that but I will sell this to you at the same price as the 2001. The next day, my son arrived, we went to the dealership and they had this beautiful silver 4Runner Limited 4x4 waiting on us. This could have and probably 100% would have been a bad deal at any other dealership because they would have let me walk out the door. I have bought many cars in my days and I have never seen such care and concern from so many people. This was something that they did not have to do. This was a choice. A business decision by Mr. Cady. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for an honest straight up dealership that's just now out to make money. They want a relationship. So in closing, I want to personally thank MR.Travis Wilson,Mr.Stephen Pecha, Mr.Jimmy Cline and Mr.Chris cady. You are all very professional and my wife and I have decided next year when my BMW lease is up, we are going to Scott Clarks' Toyota for our next car pruchase. I hope to see you all in the near future. Best Regards, Ron E. Odom More

I never thought i would write a letter of commendation I never thought i would write a letter of commendation about a car dealership but I feel compelled to do so because this dealership is unique I never thought i would write a letter of commendation about a car dealership but I feel compelled to do so because this dealership is unique. My wife and I felt extremely comfortable and enjoyed working with the people at Scott Clarks Toyota. We had been to several dealerships trying to negotiate for a 2011 Sienna. The people we encountered at those dealerships seemed to lack the professionalism and courtesy we expected, until we walked into Scott Clarks Toyota in Matthews, N.C. We were introduced to an extremely competent, intelligent and personable sales rep, Travis Wilson. Travis far exceded our expectations, as he is also a most courteous young man. In addition to Travis, we were introduced to Philip Stroup and Justin Mann who handled many of the details for us and Jimmy Cline the sales manager who quite efficiently oversaw the entire transaction. Last but not least,a young lady who patiently walked us through and demonstrated to us the technical aspects of the vehicle, Devin Thomas. It goes without saying Scott Clark is indeed very fortunate to have an entourage of dedicated, hard working, honest employees. Sincerely, Vince and Barbara Daidone More

The purchase process is well planned and moved along at a reasonable pace and with little wait between each section of the process. I'm a loyal Toyota user, I've purchased only Toyota's since 1976. Many of which have been purchased at Scott Clarks Toyota. I find their service second to none and they always explain before hand what is required to be performed for maintenance and rairly, if ever, are there surprises. I've always been impressed with the friendliness and helpfullness of their employees. A very good buying experience. More
