Travis Wilson was an amazing sales rep that secured our 2019 Highlander with all of the special additions we requested. His attention to detail, frequent communication and follow up after our purchase are to be commended. Dan Cressi was very helpful during our test drive and provided insight into multiple features of our new car. His patience in answering numerous questions is to be commended. We also had the pleasure of working with Philip Stroup in finance. He made the paperwork process seamless and was a genuinely great guy with an outgoing personality. Finally, hats off to Stacey Reid for the delivery portion of the purchase. She spent a lot of time going over the many features of the car and made sure we were comfortable with using the technology components in the car. I must also point out that the building itself was immaculate and well laid out. We were taken on a tour of the facility and service department where once again we were highly impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of every person we encountered. We look forward to a long relationship with Scott Clark Toyota and the staff. More
