Your forever on hold when you call. There are at least 4-5 service advisors just sitting there. Not with a customer and they dont even open the bay door so you can pull in. The reason I will go back to Nissan Milwaukee is because of the professionalism and care I received from Jerad in the finance department. He was able to recognize, identify, and rectify a data entry error of the professionalism and care I received from Jerad in the finance department. He was able to recognize, identify, and rectify a data entry error that had nullified my service package and extended warranty. He walked me through and got things corrected for future visits.
