When I arrived Travis greeted me and it was all handled with professionalism and efficiency. They diagnosed the problem and started the repair process. The even gave me a loaner while they made the repairs. The work was completed a head of schedule. My hat is off to Tony and Travis - great job. More

Repair the staff is super friendly and very eager to help. I always feel good about taking my car here for any repairs because they always check everything o the staff is super friendly and very eager to help. I always feel good about taking my car here for any repairs because they always check everything out and give you recommendations on services that you need. I like having a heads up before something goes wrong so I can either fix it then, or plan to fix it in the future; no one likes surprises when it comes to car repairs. More

Great attention and service from CBB We arrived in Scottsdale from out of town when our A/C system went down in 100+degree weather. We contacted our mechanic in California who referred us to CBB. When I called, I was connected with with Travis. I explained our situation and he was extremely helpful arranging for a tow service and getting our vehicle in with a technician the first thing the following morning. We were pleasantly surprised with the quick response the following day with the analysis of the problem and the cost for the repair. When we picked up the car later that day, the cost was as quoted over the phone, no surprises or gotchas. It was a very pleasant experience working with Travis and CBB, one that we will definitely consider if we decide to move to Scottsdale. More

We were not aware of this dealership. We had just looked at a similar car at a nearby dealership (it had had a hard life) and were driving by Benz and Beemer and stopped in to look. We were met by Jim Avise at a similar car at a nearby dealership (it had had a hard life) and were driving by Benz and Beemer and stopped in to look. We were met by Jim Avise, who brought us to the vehicle we were interested in. The deal was a little unusual for us in that the vehicle we were trading-in was more valuable than the car we were buying. Jim worked up the numbers which were OK, of course we wanted more money, but the offer was fair. We made the deal and finished up with Dustin Johnson, the finance guru. Very competent and minimum amount of waiting around. Actually took some $$$$ home with us. A couple of items needed to be corrected on the car, and Travis Woodyard is coordinating that for us. The work has not been completed yet, but we're confident all will be done properly, based on conversations with other customers in the service area. We've owned a number of luxury vehicles and this is the best all-around experience at a car dealership so far. More
