James is awesome! I went to a Toyota and Honda dealership before I stopped by Kia. All the other salesmen were so dry as if I was an inconvenience. Once I stepped out I went to a Toyota and Honda dealership before I stopped by Kia. All the other salesmen were so dry as if I was an inconvenience. Once I stepped out of my car, James greeted me full of energy and was happy to help. At that time I was looking and wasn't sure if I wanted a Kia since I was a Toyota and Honda gurl. Even without him knowing if I was buying or not he treated me as a paying customer. He went over all the features and we did a test drive. After my first experience I told him if no one ever purchase from you it's not because you didn't sell the car. I told him I would be back because of this experience. I sent James the car I wanted from a photo online. They wasn't able to get that color before the end of year but he got a color very close and it arrived a week earlier. Thanks to James I am now a Kia owner. Keep up the good work James. I'll see you for my next Kia More
