I met Trent in one of my service visits to the dealership and became acquainted with him one early morning. I believe he understood my interests and was very patient with me in regards to my purchase timeline and effectiveness of my research for the right vehicle. He took the interest and time to hear what I said, and let me take the time to find the right vehicle and the right time frame to buy. When I accomplished those things, he answered my questions promptly, suggested alternatives without presuming, and allowed me to know all the available information I needed to make an informed decision. I feel that I made an excellent decision to buy local, with people that had my interest at heart and gave me the exact opportunity to accomplish what I needed to in regards to my Honda Accord. I have a dealership in my hometown but bought my Honda from Trent simply because he was so easy to work with. He was the prefect combination of personable and professional. Re-reading these positive reviews I can only say that they are accurate and I agree. We did all this in less time that it took to upgrade our phones. I have no reservations recommending Trent and Columbia Honda to friends and family. Even if there is a closer dealership I recommended checking with Trent first. Thanks Trent! We live in Mexico Mo. so Columbia Honda and Bommarito in St. Louis were my choices and to my surprise the people at Columbia Honda were off the charts. I received a very competitive quote from Trent Custard within minutes on a Friday night so decided to drive in the next day. When we pulled onto the lot I called him and he met us on the lot then started showing us the Accord LX I had selected on line from their inventory. He was very knowledgeable and honest with everything we asked about the car and when I asked him to trim a little more off the price he was able to help us out. We test drove the car while Trent went over all the options and safety features the car has, We were very pleased with the car and the service Trent and his Supervisor gave us so decided right there to work the financing out. This purchase was the easiest and most relaxing experience my Wife and I ever had, Even the Finance Department was exceptional and got us a very good rate, we were very impressed with the whole Dealership everything was so clean and organized, all the associates were polite and friendly. I would defiantly Purchase another vehicle and recommend my Family members to use this Dealership. More

Pleasant buying experience I bought an older Jeep they took in on trade. As I was driving off the lot, the check engine light came on. I took it back in and the service depart I bought an older Jeep they took in on trade. As I was driving off the lot, the check engine light came on. I took it back in and the service department fixed the problem, approximately 250.00 - 300.00 worth of work, with no charge to me. Plus the salesman, Trenton Custard was very good to deal with and not the typical pushy kind always asking, "If we get to the right price are you willing to buy today....." I never did business there before, but I will check there first and recommend Columbia Honda to my friends. Chris More
