They were helpful, professional and a ton of fun! They went as far as to giving our two toddlers hats which they loved, programming our phones and our favorite channels into our new vehicle and following up with us after our purchase to ensure we were happy with our decision! Great stress free experience!! I had my Honda CRV for 8 years and it was the best car I have ever owned. I desperately needed a different car but put it off for months because I ha I had my Honda CRV for 8 years and it was the best car I have ever owned. I desperately needed a different car but put it off for months because I hate the car shopping experience. I found a used Honda Pilot on line and set up a time to test drive it. Trent Custard was my sales person. He was low keyed, polite, listened to my needs and fears and was so easy to work with. Trent did not pressure me in to anything I didn't want to do, he listened to what I needed and I felt like he advocated for getting as much as I could out of my 10 year old CRV. Very good experience and I would definitely go back and use Trent again and I have already referred a friend to him!! Thanks Trent for making the experience so positive! More

Happy wife, happy life. After a not so great experience at another dealership, I reached out to Trent about a 2015 Honda CR-V Touring AWD that my wife was interested in. Tre After a not so great experience at another dealership, I reached out to Trent about a 2015 Honda CR-V Touring AWD that my wife was interested in. Trent went above and beyond to not only confirm the vehicle was on the lot, but sent me any pictures I requested as well as made a walk around video showing the inside and outside. I decided to make the 2.5hr trip out, Trent was waiting for me as I pulled up and had the CR-V ready to go. We went for a ride, he showed me all the features and I was sold. I do not buy cars often and never thought I'd drive this far to get one, but after dealing with Trent I'll be reaching out to him again once I'm ready to replace my current car. Great guy and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone! More

"Do you have something in an EX with leather and a sunroof?" "Does it come in brown? What about black?" etc. And the guy literally RUNS from place to place in the showroom. In the end, my wife and I both got cars that we love and the whole experience couldn't have been better.
