Complete and timely I was having trouble with my brakes, so I had them checked out along with getting the tires rotated. This dealership has a great service department. We usually work with Alan Hale who is very knowledgeable and professional. When we drop off our car, he listens well, and calls us with updates when nec usually work with Alan Hale who is very knowledgeable and professional. When we drop off our car, he listens well, and calls us with updates when necessary. When we pick up our vehicle, he explains exactly what was wrong and what they did to fix the problem. He keeps track of maintenance on both of our Hondas, and tells us when something needs doing. He takes time with us, especially when we have questions.
