Trevin was great. My Wife and I walked into Heritage Honda Bel Air and he was the first to ask if we needed help. We said yes and since he was busy he went to find someone that was free but no one was available so he quickly finished what he was going and assisted us. Amazing Customer Service and a very approachable personality. He has very great soft people skills and able to hold great conversations while we were waiting for the finances to finalize. He even exceeded expectations when he over heard me talking to my Mother in Law about Gifting her our old car that we didn’t want to trade. He proceeded to print out the DMV forms for gifting your vehicle to someone. Really appreciate working with him and he made sure to take care of ALL of our request. I had the displeasure of working directly with Chris Vanhorn ordering a new 2022 Civic, after being jerked around for over three months and the dealership taking my $1,500 deposit, I was told the car ne Vanhorn ordering a new 2022 Civic, after being jerked around for over three months and the dealership taking my $1,500 deposit, I was told the car never existed and was replaced with a 2023, raising my payment $110.00 per month. They blamed Honda for changing the car to a 2023 during the production. He even tried to sell me a touring model and an accord (both out of my price range we had already discussed) while I waited months for my car that was never ordered. The General Manger from Heritage FINALLY got involved and basically said it's my problem and it was ME demanding a color choice that was most of the problem. I contacted the executive leaders of North American Honda and they were unresponsive but you need to do this if you are getting mistreated by this dealer. Just Google the corp officers for Honda and then search for their email by name. The Heritage dealerships have some real integrity issues. I would drive further and pick a different dealership if a Heritage sign is hanging outside. In my opinion this a culture within the company that will not put the customer first and will NEVER be your advocate. I even heard how times are tough for them with sales being way down. That too was Honda's fault for not providing then cars to sell. More

I was told that I would receive two free oil changes when I bought my car. Nobody mentioned that there was a SIX MONTH time limit to use BOTH oil changes. Who is burning so much oil that they need two oil ch I bought my car. Nobody mentioned that there was a SIX MONTH time limit to use BOTH oil changes. Who is burning so much oil that they need two oil changes in 6 months?! Also, 70 bucks to change a 10 dollar cabin air filter (after you’ve already removed it to take a picture of it) is ridiculous. I won’t be coming back for anything. There are plenty of mechanics in the area that won’t gouge their customers. With the insane markups on vehicles lately, what’s the point of nickel and diming your preexisting customers over basic maintenance?? Oh well, there goes another one. More
