I was looking for the new 2024 Trax in Austin spoke with several dealerships none of them were able to find me the one I wanted with all the accessories I was looking for on it. I was telling my daughter ab several dealerships none of them were able to find me the one I wanted with all the accessories I was looking for on it. I was telling my daughter about how disappointed I was. She told me about Carter Chevrolet in Okarche, Oklahoma. She called Jason the Manager there he immediately reached out to me told me he had one in stock with all the accessories I was looking for on it. I told him I would like the windows tinted which I thought would be nearly impossible to do with less than 24 hours until I would be here, amazingly Jason and Trevor were able to get the windows tinted and the vehicle ready for me for pick up on Monday. They were expecting storms there on Sunday before I went up there, Trevor went up to the dealership on Sunday Mother's Day and put the vehicle inside to protect it from any potential storm damage, talk about going the extra mile, that was only the beginning. Once I arrived Jason and Trevor greeted us at the door, they were very professional, knowledgeable about the car and had it ready to go with everything I wanted on it. I was really impressed with the great customer service, no pressure sales just really kind friendly people. I have purchased many cars in my lifetime, and I can say this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. It was well worth the 400-mile trip to Oklahoma. I would highly recommend Jason and Trevor at Carter Chevrolet to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle. More

They went above and beyond to locate the perfect pickup for us and even the color we wanted!
